Start with gentle stretch mat pilates for 35 minutes,
Followed by 20 minute sound healing session.
End the experience with 90 minutes in our hydrotherapy spa of sauna, cold plunge and 3 hot tubs.
Towel and robe service included.
Please bring yoga mat and water shoes.
